Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel or swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed or broken)
  • Personal care items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Returns Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at wexbyshop@gmail.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at wexbyshop@gmail.com for instructions.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first at wexbyshop@gmail.com to receive the correct return address.

  • Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Deductions: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Tracking: If you are returning items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
